The Nelson Hixson Land and Cattle Company is located in Princeton Texas on 205 acres of gently rolling hills in Collin County.  The Horse Boarding Ranch is owned and operated by Dennis and Frances Hixson.  Dennis and Frances have been in the Horse Boarding and Horse Training Business for far longer than any of them care to admit.  Horses are their life, their love, and defines who they are.  The Ranch is affectionately known as the "Franch" by it's family and many friends.  When you are at the Franch, you are at  home.

The Franch provides Horse Boarding and Training to all types of Horses and Riders.  There is a large covered arena that is open to late in the evening.  What sets the Franch apart from other Horse Boarding Facilities in North Texas is the huge expanse of land that is open to trail riding.  The trail riding is easy enough for the novice rider or challenging enough for the most experienced riders.  There is always someone wanting to go out for a long ride back in the woods.
